Terms of service.
Sessions
Initial sessions are recommended via video call and will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. A recording can be provided.
A written report is also included with the initial consultation.
Follow up sessions may be video or telephone calls. The length of these sessions will vary but will in general be shorter than the initial session.
Video and phone contacts are provided as per the specifics of the package purchased.
Email communication is welcomed and unlimited within the period of the ongoing package.
Whatsapp communication is not part of the packages.
Botanical products are provided within the package fee including post and packaging.
Post and packaging outside of the UK will incur the charge for P and P (receipt evidence will supplied to confirm costs).
If further support is requested following the initial length of the package then additional 2 week blocks can be added at £50 or £100 for an extra 4 weeks.
Payment
Fees are to be paid in advance of the initial session or as agreed for a payment plan.
Payment plans are agreed prior to commencing with any sessions with a specified date for monthly repayments.
Invoices will be emailed and payments can be made via BACS transfer or Stripe.
Refunds
I’m sure you will love The Floral Canine packages however should you wish to end your package early then the following refund policy applies.
No refund will be given following the initial consultation, provision of botanicals and initial 2 weeks of any package.
If after a 14-day period you decide that you no longer wish to continue with support from The Floral Canine then a refund will be offered for the remainder of the weeks in the package which will be calculated per week e.g. an 8 week package will be refunded at the cost of 6 weeks support.
After the 14-day period you will only be eligible for a 50% refund on any remaining weeks left from any package.
Refunds will be returned via BACS within 14 days.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend for your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in that session being forfeited unless there is an emergency or unforeseen event. If no cancellation is made, and you do not attend the session, it will also be forfeited. The subsequent sessions will be scheduled as per the amount of sessions within the specific package paid for.
If your appointment has to be cancelled by me, then I aim to inform you at least 48 hours in advance and I will make another appointment to suit you.

I will aim to reply within 24 hours Monday to Saturday.

Initial sessions are best completed via video call but I will aim to provide sessions in a medium that you are comfortable with.
If you wish me to contact your treating veterinarian or any other treating professional, then I can inform them of my involvement. Further communication will be conducted as required to ensure the most joined up care for your dog.
